What Do We Tell Our Children

What Do We Tell Our Children is a transformative campaign for educational justice in America’s K-12 curriculum that starts with the voices of people sharing their own narratives about what it means to be American.

What does “Place” mean to you?

One of the three pillars of IHH is the Importance of Place, that foundation that gives us a sense of belonging, or demarcates a moment of ascendancy, or is simply a place we call home. We asked a few friends of IHH “What does place mean to you?” Here they share personal stories and reflections that span geography, generations, and multicultural connections. We invite you to share your own story about “place”. Please send us your video – 1-2 min – and if selected, we’ll post here.
