In a number of cases whereby architectural preservation and adaptive use efforts have been implemented, the building's original identity is maintained to a large extent. An example of this can be observed regarding the Frank Lloyd Wright Building Conservancy. This organization facilitates the stewardship and preservation of the built work of the late American architect, Frank Lloyd Wright, by means of education, advocacy, and technical services. Their goal is to ensure that the remains of this late architect’s built work are preserved and valued as a relevant aspect of cultural, artistic, and architectural heritage
